Dal Dryer

Steamtech Engineers Dal Dryers (one pass type dal dryer) are continuous dryer to ensure best quality of all type of dals. As it is one pass dryer so it keeps dal quality unharmed as pulses are conveyed only once through mechanical action for drying. It helps to keep moisture in dal as per your requirement by taking care of over drying or under drying. It saves weight loss and waste of fuel, electricity and drying time.
All types of Dal (Lentils) are really difficult to mill due to farm attachment of seed coat with cotyledons. The pulses are first washed and the seed coat is soaked. Post exposure to heat, the cotyledons shrink, detaching from the seed coat. The Seed also then splits in 2 cotyledons due to drying.
